This book is pretty incredible. The foreword helps set an ominous tone for the stories that follow. As I keep working my way through the book, I’ll attempt to update my review. This go-around for Alternative Truths is pretty heavy handed in its political outlook, but the editors did a great job spacing tough stories so you don’t put the book down feeling too hopeless. There’s poetry, too.

Give it a go! You won’t be disappointed. But even if you are, you’ve supported some great authors.
