I honestly don't get how people can't complete simple steps to this game. You click "Buy now" and enter the redemption code at checkout and it gives you the game to DL. You save the installer and DL the game like usual. Go through the set-up like ANY MMORPG and install the patcher. Make sure you choose the region in the top right corner of the PATCHER; it'll say EU or NA, so take your pick. Next there is a "redeem a code" button on the left, it'll have a drop down menu; click website. You link your En-Masse acount and then wait for the game to patch. Don't give it 1 or 2 stars just because you couldn't follow simple instructions.So far I think it's a cool game, but obviously there will be bugs because it's CB and the controls take some getting used to, but it's simple enough. I got my Twitch items, the game runs smoothly and it's pretty awesome concept.If I'm going to be honest though, I wouldn't pay $20 for the game. Especially considering I need to pay money to get cool things in the IG store. $10? Maybe, yeah.

So I got this game from the twitch prime code. When I put the code in, it said it was good so I got the game for free. The next day, I look in my gift card balance and I see that $22.05 was taken off my balance from the game, even though I put in the code. Can someone help me?

This is not a review of the game. This is my experience with getting the "free" twitch prime bundle. I followed all instructions to redeem a "free bundle", to the letter. I didn't try to download or play the game at all, as I figured I MIGHT check it out later, since it wasn't something I was expressly interested in. A couple months go by and I decide to buy a few things on Amazon, but I notice my Giftcard balance was about $20 short. I check my purchases and see that I was charged $19.99 for this "free bundle". Had to call Amazon and the first rep said they could do nothing, so I had to request a supervisor and spell it out that it was supposed to be free. They tried to tell me the free part was additional content, for a game that is "free to play". I had to mention that there were several review for this very product claiming the same thing that I was and I could email them links to everything from twitch and enmasse showing this was supposed to be 100% completely free. The supervisor put me on hold for a few moments then came back on the line and told me they will refund the $19.99, but I think they still don't understand my whole reasoning and just wanted to get me off the phone cause they knew I wasn't backing down. Today's lesson: Always triple check your orders during and after placing them.

Haven't been able to actually play it as it's still downloading. Will adjust rating accordingly after I've tried it. Wanted to put it out there for people having problems getting to the actual download. What you have to do, after buying and linking to an en masse account, go to the en masse account page and select add closers. It'll put you on a wait list and after some time (for me it was overnight) it'll grant access to download and play the game.

Edit after playing a bit:
Enjoyable so bumped it up to 4. Doesn't seem like it's going to keep my attention for a long time but still a little too soon to say for 100% sure.
