This is a really cool riding toy for kids. My 5 year old and 9 (shown) year old grandsons both ride it with no problem. It has 2 foot pedals, one brake and one throttle. When you lift your foot off the throttle, it stops. They use it in my basement as well as outside. Highly recommend.. very cool and have never seen this around anywhere else!

Ours quit but it was an easy fix. If the power light comes on but it does not move, pop the seat off and follow the blue and white wires that go from the battery back to the motor. There is a connector under frame ,(battery to motor) that came loose. Took a little patience but I was able to reconnect it with some needle nose pliers from both ends. Kids are back to beating the hell out of this thing. Truly am pleased with this. Battery life and durability for the money is amazing!

Snagged this thing on sale ($125.00) as a last min Christmas gift for the kids and couldn't be happier! Kids are 4 and 8 and litterally fight over it. It's so much fun we orderd another one. Battery life is awesome and we made sure it charged for a full 24hrs before using. My kids beat the crap out of it and so far its holding up well. Only issue we had was that it seemed to quit working one day. Come to find out the brake pedal was jammed. Just flipped it over and pushed it back up from the bottom and no issues since. For the price, it's worth its weight in gold. Can't wait for the 24V version to get here.

My kids ages 6 and 8 loved it, I also bought a set of small sports cones and made them a track. They called it real life Mario cart.
They are pretty quick, and turn surprisingly sharp. It only took my kids about 3 minutes of riding to get the hang of it. My 8 year old is a little taller and a little heavier so it was harder for her to position her left leg with minimal space next to the brake but she figured it out, and had just as much fun. However I will say one started dying a lot quicker than the other and I charged them exactly the same. I will probably reach out for a replacement battery assuming it sat on the shelf for awhile uncharged.

I bought this last year (2021) for my 8 year old son for Christmas. This toy is awesome! Great speed without being dangerously fast. My 8 year old and 4 year old drove it easily. It wasn't long before he was a pro. The battery life is fantastic. It just keeps going! Not one of those toys you ride for 20 minutes before needing an 8 hour recharge. In fact, it never died while we were using it... lasting 2 hours easily.
This year we ran into an issue with one of the wires. I contacted the company to purchase a replacement part and I kid you not, They sent an email back stating they would immediate ship a new Nighthawk. A few days later, here it is! Incredible customer service and an incredibly fun toy! I would highly recommend it!

My 11-year-old loves this thing so much that it travels back and forth with him between our home and his dad's every week. Compared to his hoverboard, it's easier to carry and easier to use - and it seems to have replaced his hoverboard lately as he always prefers to ride his Nighthawk instead. I was pleasantly surprised to discover it really didn't need any assembly out of the box. Although, like any product with a big battery, you'll need to charge it for 24 hours before the first use - so make sure you get it out of the box and plug it in before giving it to someone as a gift, as the wait for my kiddo was excruciating :) The charge seems to last a long time too. It's very well made and seems really safe. It doesn't allow for him to do any crazy tricks that would make me nervous, but he still feels like he's doing fun stunts. I let him take it to the nearby school at the end of the day, and all of the activity on the courtyard stopped when he rolled in. All of the kids were curious and wanted to know more about it. It's definitely a great value and lots of fun. Kids at his age are difficult to shop for once they don't play with toys as much, and this was a winner for sure.

My 5 year old son loves this toy! It took all of about 5 minutes for him to master balancing it. It is well-made, comes pre-assembled and had a heavy duty solid rubber wheel. All you have to do is take it out of the box, twist the battery screw off, lift the seat and charge the battery for 24 hours prior to use. My 48 year old sister (110 lbs) tried it out before my son got it on Christmas morning and she loved it too. I couldn’t have asked for an easier “main” Christmas toy for a parent to give. You don’t have to put it together, it’s fairly light weight, made well and my kid played on it for about 2 hours straight and the battery never went down. And the price is so much more affordable than the other ride on toys. I chose this over another ride on toy at the last minute, which was considerably more expensive. This was definitely the better choice! I do see where others’ reviews state that they received a damaged item. While our box arrived pretty damaged, we lucked out with no cracks or operational issues. See video!
