I take a scoop of this collagen powder in my coffee everyday and let me tell you, it is amazing! I've noticed improvements in my hair, skin and nails, as well as with my mobility and digestion. I love how easily it dissolves, some other collagen powders get really sticky but not this one. I do notice that although it's tasteless, it does takes some of the bitterness out of my coffee. So, although it's not a creamer, I can almost use it as one. I also absolutely love the expertise and mission behind the brand and know I can trust the ingredients they are providing and that I am putting in my body. I love how effective and easy to use it is and would highly recommend.

A bit of deception…
I bought this product because it said it’s 45 servings. After receiving it, the container is not very big, and no more than 50% full. I also noticed that it says 20g collagen. Then you look at the teeny tiny writing and it says “per TWO scoops”. Yet the nutrition facts go by 1 scoop. So there’s 45 scoops in there. But if your goal is the 20g collagen, then this container is more like 22.5 servings. So if you’re like me and trying to get the most product/collagen/protein per dollar, I HIGHLY suggest reading all labels and reviews MUCH closer than I did!Other than that, this stuff smells really good AND tastes really good! And I will likely purchase again.

I really wanted to like this as with its blend of collagen sources it seemed like better quality, but I can’t get past the grittiness. Maybe I got a bad batch that didn’t get finely milled enough but I mix this in my coffee and there’s a very fine grit in each sip, and then when you get to the bottom it’s basically undrinkable. Most of it seems to settle to the bottom of the cup which can help reduce some grit (until you reach the bottom), but then you aren’t ingesting it so some is wasted. That picture was the cup after 1 scoop in an 8oz cup of coffee.
It is flavorless although the powder container doesn’t smell great.
I’d say if you mainly drink this in smoothies it would be no problem, but if you’re primarily adding it to coffee or tea pass.
For reference I have used vital proteins and orgain brands of collagen in the past, this brand has noticeable grit in comparison.
