Comes with 2 sets of brakes. The ones for the front wheel came already broken, amd after just a short while the back brakes totally crapped out. Picture is of my daughters shoes that she's had to use as brakes instead. Sure the bikes cute, but definitely wouldn't call it reliable. Seriously disappointed.
Update: Tried to contact customer service, at first they mentioned a partial refund or full if I sent the bike back, I asked if the partial would cover the cost of new brakes and which brakes would they recommend. And recived a cut and paste response about sending the bike back once again. Continued to ask my question a few times and kept receiving similar and even the exact same response 😤
