1-11-20 This is my third attempt to buy a heated throw or blanket. These things now seem to be nothing but trash. They either work for a week then quit or burn holes in your couch/bed. I was hoping that a "good" name brand would be better. Even though this is an over sized throw, the heating wires stop 12 and 18 inches from the sides and ends. Also, the blanket plug is more towards the corner of the blanket, so if you want the tan side up the plug is on the far left side. So if your outlet plug is on the right side of your couch the plug won't reach. And....the controller wire is too short, only reaches half way up the side of the throw. Right now it is at least heating. We'll see how long that lasts. If it quits working I will update the review. Oh yeah, and this was not a Prime item and I waited almost two weeks to get it.
This was a gift for my 90 year old Mom. She is just starting to lose her memory and is always so cold. This is easy for her to work and she loves it. Comfy Cozy Lovely!
