Then you would like to remember about the last time that you felt this way but the memory can be tricky and misleading. You let it go until sometime later it hits you again.

1. Ask for a report of last week by saying: >> You: Alexa, ask my thoughts how was my last week >> My Thoughts: Here's your mood summary for the previous 7 days. You reported 3 different feelings. You felt happy most of the time, 10 times to be exact, or 63%. You also felt excited, and good. You tracked your mood a total of 16 times.
Current Features: These are the things that you can ask My Thoughts to do right away.
1. Report your mood by saying: >> You: Alexa, tell my thoughts that I am feeling happy >> My Thoughts: Feeling happy registered!
2. Recall when was the last time you felt in a certain way by saying: >> You: Alexa, ask my thoughts when was the last time I felt happy. >> My Thoughts: The last time you felt happy was 3 days ago.
Notice that in here you are asking for a specific time when you felt in a certain way. In the following feature you ask how were you feeling the last time that you reported your mood.
3. Remember how you felt the last time by saying: >> You: Alexa, ask my thoughts how did I feel last time. >> My Thoughts: The last report in my book says that you were feeling wonderful 2 hours ago.
4. Delete mood entries by saying: >> You: Alexa, ask my thoughts to delete my last feeling. >> My Thoughts: You were feeling happy 3 days ago. It has been deleted now.
