We are SO disappointed in this camera. The BRAND NEW batteries that came with it, only last 35 minutes while taking less than 20 pictures and only 1x 1 minute video. So, we put a different brand of batteries in and sure enough, after about 35 minutes and less than 15 pictures this time, the batteries were dead. When you take pictures with the flash, it takes about 10-15 seconds for it to fully register and be able to take a 2nd picture. We will be returning this to get a different option since this was bought for our son to take on his first trip to the ocean in a few weeks.

We did not test out the waterproof side, but will not be doing so based on above information. If the batteries would last longer and the shutter speed work better with the flash, this would be the ideal camera for our 9 year old. I just can't spend this much money on new batteries every 10 minutes since they are not rechargeable.

I bought this for my 8 year old grandson, twice. The first one I received had FML on it. I know it said graphics vary so I tried again because I thought this camera would be a good choice for him, without the FML. Unfortunately, the second camera came with FML on it again, in a different place but still there. Very disappointing, I don’t think FML is appropriate to be on a camera for kids. I think I read most of the reviews & did not see any reference to the FML. Do people not know what that means, or are they just ok with it??
