I thought I would write a review for those who bake gluten-free as I do. I took a chance on this flour as it was such a better price than buying it in smaller quantities. For those who bake gluten-free this is a very fine grind on the rice flour. It is not what I would consider super fine, but it is excellent. No grit at all, very soft and smooth. Not powdery as super fine is, but very light and soft.
I am extremely pleased with this purchase and will only be buying this in the future. The smallest of difference in the grind between this and superfine is not worth the price difference. (I did order the brown rice flour as well but have not received it yet, hopefully it is the same grind)

I cook allot I make everything and cook at home for every meal as I have a food allergy. I mostly use Bobs red mill, but Bobs red mill if you add it to something to thicken it the turns into gel pieces in your food. Especially is what you are adding it to is hot. I found this rice flour, is wonderful you add it to gravies, soups, anything you want to thicken and it thickens it beautifully. It is so nice.

My daughter is full-blown Celiac, and my grandson is gluten intolerant. What that means: I have to make everything from scratch, from pastas to bread, to cakes, pies and cookies, and everything else that may contain wheat or other gluten containing items. Any of the flour blends I need to make contain white rice flour, arguably the most expensive ingredient in the mix. It’s expensive. While searching Amazon for any new additions, I found this stuff.
I’m very pleased. The bucket has a full 7 lbs. of very finely milled white rice at an incredible price point. I can’t tell the difference in baked goods that were made from this product as opposed to the previous brand I was using that costs about 3 times as much.
In a time when everyone is trying to save money wherever they can, this is the way to go. The flour is wonderful and inexpensive when compared to its options. Enjoy!
