My warehouse stopped carrying my favorite parchment paper. I purchased some at the grocery store, but it was cheap and thin.
This is excellent quality! It is heavy duty and works wonders. I do use silicone baking sheets, but sometimes I just don't want the extra clean up; parchment saves the day.
I cook clean with all alternative flours and sweeteners. Most doughs and batters are different than the conventional ones, so parchment makes cooking clean super easy. I put it under "breads" in the bread/loaf pan and leave a little hanging out on the edge so it creates "handles" to lift the finished product out without fear of it breaking or crumbling.
I am super pleased with this purchase and put it on my 'subscribe and save'. Love it!

The paper is very good! The box was shipped in an envelope and was bent on both ends. Not good. Had to rewind it on another roll to fit in an old container. It would have been wonderful parchment paper if that hadn’t happened.
