I've been buying Cherie Sweet Heart brand of Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder for several years now. I'm not a matcha afficionada, but this brand makes me happy. The taste is not bitter, but mild. I like to make a golden tea out of mine with steamed almond milk + cherie sweetheart green matcha powder + powdered ginger, turmeric & dash of black pepper. My wife also loves this brand.
