The good: Holds temp great, very lightweight, fairly inexpensive.

The bad: The brackets that hold the shelves were riveted on crooked so the shelves aren’t straight. Seems like that should have been something noticed. I didn’t feel like sending it back for just that issue because it doesn’t really hinder much so I just dealt with it. A little disappointed that I paid that much for something but perfect but oh well. It’s a decent holder anyways.

I have a commissary and food truck. I purchased this warmer to hold items at appropriate temperature before serving. When it arrived, the warmer was covered in a sticky wrap that I was not aware what's going to be on it. It took a little bit of time to get all of this off so that I could use it. This was not too difficult, just time-consumingand and I wanted to share it for information purposes. I was only disappointed when I begin to look inside the warmer and I noticed that there were metal shavings accumulated in different places where holes had been drilled during the manufacturing process. these are visible in the picture. They were accumulated on the bottom, and there were some on the top where they were left attached to the drilled holes. It took some time to clean all these out, and to pull the shavings off the top. This was disheartening, as this item is designed to be holding food for purchase. It bothered me that I would have to take special care to make sure there were no metal shavings in the food I would be serving. The only other drawback that I can find is that there is no way that this warmer will get above 160° without insulation. I had it on and set to maximum for over 2 hours and never could get it past 160. After I draped a blanket across the top of it to provide insulation and hold the heat in it began to climb and within 30 minutes was up to 200.
