A lot of people are bashing this gift card claiming they did not receive the free $15 promotional credit. Well if you examine and read ALL of the fine print it states that the free promotional credit is ONLY available to NEW gift card customers. That means if you purchased an Amazon Gift Card in the past, then you will not get the free promotional credit. I bought this card and had ZERO issues using it, and i received my free $15 credit with no problems. I had no problems but i can only speak for myself. This was a gift card for my daughter in law to use. I got it as Amazon said I would get a $15.00 credit to my account as a promotional for buying this $50.00 card. But this did NOT happen. I go in to the email I got from Amazon that says thank you for this order and this $15.00 has been credited to your account. But it wasn't!!!! And, my account says I was not eligible for this promotion??????? So, no, I will probably NOT do any further gift cards from Amazon.

When I realized my teenage son was going to a birthday party the next day and I had no time to get a gift, this was a lifesaver. In less than 15 minutes I'd ordered and printed the gift card, put it in a gift bag with some tissue paper and DONE.
Big kids love Amazon gift cards because "you can get anything at Amazon"!
When ordering I was stumped for a minute on whether I could get a $15 gift card (not one of the default amounts), but then saw further to the right of the pre-selected amounts you can choose whatever amount you want. More designs for masculine birthday might be nice.
I'd recommend and am sure I will use this again in the future.

This is the best gift to give. Not only did I not have to stop at a business to obtain a gift certificate (and be asked to pay a tip if it was a restaurant), but I only had to get online choose it, pay for it, and print it out. The recipients of my gift certificates were thrilled because they could get anything they wanted (from clothing to home items to groceries). Additionally, I could do this anytime day or night. . .did not have to go to the stores during their business hours. I highly recommend Amazon gift certificates.

Will never order an e-card or print at home card again! Gift card order was received, printed by me, put inside a wedding card, then delivered directly to recipients. When they tried to use it they got an error that the gift card was already redeemed! Verified with Amazon that the card was in fact used by someone (not me nor the recipient!) and couldn’t really do anything about it. When asked to speak with someone else he put in a “ticket” and said I would get an email. Got the email response that was pretty much, “Sorry can’t do anything for you, maybe try your credit card”?!? The credit card is not at fault for paying for the gift card I actually ordered! Take some responsibility! Something is wrong, security wise, with your print at home gift cards! I am NOT the only one who has had this problem. Emailed and called customer service again. Was able to resolve it partially with customer service but when I said I’d still think they’d want the problem looked into they again put in a “ticket”….this time the email response was basically “we don’t know what you’re talking about and don’t see any charges in your account”!?! What?!? Goodness Amazon. Get your ish together! In the meantime do NOT buy e-gift or print at home cards from them!

I was unable to print the card. Tried time and time again. Finally called Customer Service. Representative was extremely cordial and tried everything she could think of but after probably 2 hours was unable to rectify problem. I eventually emailed it to my daughter and she was able to print it without any problem. It was very frustrating to say the least. A couple of weeks in the works before I finally got it resolved.

I had to download 10 times to get the 5 DIFFERENT gift cards I ordered!

Ordering multiple gift cards, I get multiple Download buttons. But the Same card downloads on Different buttons. This has happened both times I ordered multiple gift cards.
When I had different pictures on the cards, it was a nuisance, but I could see I was getting duplicates of the same picture.
When I had the same picture on all 5 of the cards, it was a near-disaster! 4 of my 5 recipients would have received duplicate cards, so the 2nd person to try to use the card would have gotten the message that it was already used.
I checked the codes carefully, tore up the 2 duplicates, and downloaded from the 5 buttons 5 - FIVE!! - more times to get the other 2 codes I needed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
