Quality sound with crappy design
Hello, I received these headphones on January 7, 2020 and on January 20, 2020, the plug broke inside of my phone. I had to use a hemostat to get the piece out of my phone. I contacted Sennheiser customer service right away and they proceed to tell me, "This sounds like it became bent when stored in your pocket, normally this is not a warranty situation." I don't understand how they can say the product was bent, when they have a bent design to prevent that from happening. All I did was put my phone in my product, closed my front door, and took my phone out of my pocket to see my headphones was no longer attached. They offered the repair a faulty product and did not want to send me a new one. I loved the headphones and sad that are broken in less than a month of having them. Disappointing...I will include photos that was sent to customer service. I don't think I will spend more money on this brand.

    I'm more than pleased with these headphones. I've spent plenty more for the Sennheiser HD280 and the Audio Technica ATH-M50X, but these are incredible for the price. At $50, they're comfortable, have better-than-expected sound quality and have Sennheiser's standard touch of luxury and quality. I work for a radio station and plan to keep these at my desk, while taking my nicer pairs home. Honestly, for the price, I don't think you can find better.

    These headphones are mainly for beginners who want balance audio for closed backs. It's relevtly cheap for this kind of amazing sound quality and sound stage. And they're also design for listening to music mainly too. If you do calls, like for gaming, then you might need to look at one of Sennheiser's head sets instead.

    My only wish for these headphones is replaceable cups when the time comes when my greasy head decays the cups away.

    Honestly, for the price, these are some of the best headphones I've used. The build quality is excellent, and they don't have that "cheap creaky" feel like a lot of other plastic headphones have. The folding joints have a nice softness to them, and the ear cups are soft. Not to mention these have a nice minimalist style which I vastly prefer over a lot of other headphones out there.

    The sound quality is really good as well - I run these on both my smartphone and my MacBook Pro, and I have no issue with the sound on these at all. There is a good mix of bass and treble on these things.

    Seriously, you'll be hard pressed to find any other headphones in this price point that match these ones.

    I have a large head, but am far from being the biggest head around all the same. Headphones typically work out fine for me. These sound great, but I can only get them comfortable on one ear, then it doesn't quite reach the other. Another 1/2 cm on each side would have made it perfect for me (though still a bit short for some I know). I've had other Sennheiser's without an issue fitting as well, but can't do this model. Only not returning as they are nice, and my partner likes them. Her head is smaller so they are fine for her, so I'm giving them to her and giving another brand a try for myself.

    Ich habe lange nach passenden Kopfhörer gesucht und bin bei der Wahl immer sehr vorsichtig. Ich weiß von Sennheiser, dass sie immer einen sehr hellen Klang haben, aber ein wenig Bass sollte auch dabei sein. Zu viel Bass gefällt mir aber auch nicht. Daher war ich von diesen Kopfhörern doch sehr überrascht. Der Sound liegt genau in der Mitte zwischen den beiden, hell und klar, mit genügend Bass. Die Kopfhörer sind sehr gut verarbeitet, sie tun auch am Kopf nicht weh, sind nicht eng (Ich hab aber auch einen sehr kleinen Kopf, bin aber auf Druck am Kopf sehr empfindlich) und lassen sich sehr lange tragen, ohne dass sie stören. Sie lassen sich super einfach falten und haben bisher sehr gut gehalten (ich habe sie auch schon fast 2 Jahre). Definitiv ein sehr, sehr guter Kauf. Für Hobbymusikhörer mit etwas höheren Ansprüchen ist dies definitiv eine gute Wahl und der Tragekomfort könnte nicht besser sein.
