I love having this for being on the go, or keeping in my suitcase when I want to keep my routine away from home. Vital Proteins' Collagen powders are my preferred way to get my dose of collagen for its relative ability to dissolve, general lack of taste/smell... and this is a convenient packet - the package doesn't wear out too easily even when jostled in a suitcase.
That said, if you're specific about the amount of collagen you intake, do note the serving size/amount (10g). One packet is half the serving of a regular suggested serving size that is mentioned in the tub of VP collagen (20g).
