This is a top quality heavy blanket, constructed with first rate materials and excellent craftsmanship. Unfortunately it is not “cooling” as previously described (thanks for that change). It might cool for 30 minutes as your body heats the heavy blanket. After that it is a HEAVY warm/hot blanket, suitable for a frigid Winter night in Northern climes before the fireplace in your unheated cabin.
The company sounds like they must be wonderful people, but they do not stand behind their claims. If you find the blanket warming, and you will, it is not sold by Amazon, and Amazon will not accept a return. The manufacturer will not pay for return postage. It being a HEAVY item, your return postage will be costly. This may leave you disappointed by the experience, and by the probably sincere and well-intended people who nevertheless misled you in their zeal (which does not extend to customer satisfaction).
