I like the color. I read a bunch o bad reviews but this was the size I wanted. I have a large Red Copper that keeps coffee hot all day. I was hesitant with the bad reviews. Wasn't sure if I would like the stainless lining. BUT it is perfect for my Keurig mini plus. It keeps my coffee HOT for 2 hours. Warm for 3 hours or so. But really after that I would want a fresh cup anyway. I keep the lid on and closed when not drinking. I am a coffee sipper and this is perfect. If the lid keep working I can find nothing bad about this mug.

it's unfortunate that they're not dishwasher safe, not sure why, but i knew that when i purchased them. It's just unfortunate. I've only had them for a week, or so, so I haven't tried it with cold drinks yet, but my hot drinks stay hot for a good length of time. I think the longest I've had a cup of coffee sit was for about 3 hours, and the drink was still hot. So I'm pleased with it and would definitely recommend it.

The lid is made of 2 pieces so that the middle disc can slide over the main part to open and close the drink hole. I have accidentally had it closed and was able to drink from it anyway. A review from over a year ago discussed how you cnnot properly clean these lids. Fluid gets between the 2 pieces and there is no way to fully clean, rinse or dry that area that traps fluid. I have even washed it and then later had fluid leak out from that space. It is not sanitary. I wish they had changed he design based off the previous review. The handle shape and size is uncomfortable for me.
The cup keeps drinks hot much better than ceramic mugs or those double layer glass types, but I don't find that it lasts for "hours".
