Normally I don't review self-help books because I think however nice the book makes me feel, I can't really review it unless I put its principles into action and then report on whether they work. That requires time, discipline, and returning to the work months or even years later, and those three factors have yet to line up for me.
I make an exception in this case. Here's why. I picked up this book because A) I've suffered from anxiety greatly in the past and don't particularly any more, and I was curious what the book had to say, and B) it was on sale for a dollar. The book described basically the changes I've been making in my life, only more clearly, more concisely, and removing a lot of the trial and error.
So in this case, I've pre-tested the book and I know it works, at least in my case. This should clarify and accelerate the process nicely for me, too. I heartily recommend it.
