Returned the first one because there is no PS5 upgrade available. Got the replacement today and it doesn’t have the upgrade option either. Messaged the seller. Waiting on a response before returning for a refund. Will update this review after the seller responds…or not.

Arrived in brand new condition! I had no problem starting the game on my PS4.

As for the game itself, the campaign is short and there’s a long endgame grind after the story. It’s enjoyable but the grind at the end is not for everyone.

Also, this game has a free PS5 upgrade as long as you keep the disc inside the PS5!

When I first heard the awful reviews about this game, I stayed away from it. As a pretty big comic book nerd, it was disappointing to hear so many negative criticisms about this game. However, after playing it finally, I would have to disagree with the majority of the criticisms. I felt that the story line was fun and well thought out. I get that it isn't going to be everyone's cup of tea, but I am a generally open minded individual, so a lot of the complaints about the story don't make sense to me.

The graphics are pretty amazing and the character models are detailed and well done. The music feels muted and does not really stand out. In a lot of scenes, it does not really make its presence known. The voice acting is top notch and regardless of what people say about Kamala, I love her character and quips. She reminds me a lot of Ellie from The Last of Us: Part 1. The gameplay is fun and the attempt at variety as you play through the story makes it interesting and keeps you on your toes.

Now the bad part... The game is clearly designed as a live service game and is a game genre that I loathe and despise. The fact that the end game is the majority of the activities ruins this experience for me. It is repetitive and boring, even once you settle into your favorite character or unlock newer ones. Fortunately, a lot of the live service elements are now gone thanks to the latest update, but the grind for those final trophies are still there. The 50% experience boost is helpful, but double or triple experience would have made this more enjoyable. By the end of the game, the main characters ranged from level 5 (Hulk) to level 18 (Iron Man).

I would still recommend playing this game to anyone who is a comic fan. There are a lot of extremely fun gameplay elements and the story is engaging. The only sad part is the possibility of a sequel being non-existent due to Crystal Dynamics being sold and also poor sales.

I really enjoy playing this game but it can be very addicting. This game is an ever changing game as time goes on. At its core you you have 2 modes of play. A single player story that allows you to play one continuous tale featuring the 6 core character available and an online multiple player option were you run missions in battle grounds with other 3 other players online. The current featured characters are Captain America, Ironman, Thor, Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Kamala Khan. This game is blend of several genres, but at is core its and Beat Em Up RPG game. The more you play the more the character being used grows in their abilities and heroic skill. The game currently has 2 available villains & 2 combat vehicles to fight in the online missions. These 4 end mission battles are also featured in the single player story. The game should evolve to feature more battles. If you like Marvel Comics, supeheroes and the action beat em up genre, this is a great game to play.

The packaging was great. It was taped up around the opening of the box to prevent it from opening up and accidentally sliding or breaking the desk which I appreciate it.

The disc came with a few smudges but I grabbed a dry lens wipe to clean off the smudges and the disc was pristine.

Would definitely recommend buying from this user and I will be looking to buy from them again as well.

The game itself is fun it’s got moderate replay value. I can see why it got the reviews it did and why people were turned off by the game but if you are a marvel fan and are looking for a not so mindless game but not such an in-depth story type of game then this is right up your alley.

Supposedly there is a ton of DLC content that they will be building on that will make the game great but that remains to be seen

Um jogo com uma história bem legal , só peça na repetição das fases e nos objetivos que são sempre os mesmo e chega a deixar o jogo maçante a Crystal Dynamics perdeu a oportunidade de fazer um jogo épico dos vingadores, mais quis lançar rápido para aproveitar o hype dos filmes aí já viu o que acabou prejudicando o jogo dos guardiões da galáxia, deixando a galera com um pé atrás mais que na minha opinião é bem melhor que esse aqui

Marvel's Avengers é um jogo muito bom. Para quem é fã da Marvel é uma experiência muito legal. O início do game, em todas aquelas cenas espetaculares de ação interativa, são simplesmente sensacionais, e toda a história da campanha é ótima. Gostei e curti muito! Não se prenda a críticas e análises na internet, seja você seu próprio crítico e faça você as suas escolhas. Muitos deixam de jogar bons jogos só por ir na onda errada de críticos e muito tempo depois, quando dão uma chance ao game, acabam se arrependendo de não ter jogado antes. Não existe crítica, esses falsos críticos só estão por aí para falar baboseiras e não é a toa que as grandes desenvolvedoras não estão nem aí para eles. JOGUE! E, decida você o que é bom para ti, mas sempre respeitando a opinião dos outros e sem extremismos ofensivos só porque encontrou alguém que não tem a mesma opinião que você. Dialoguem e sejam unidos, pois assim todos podemos juntar os erros e cobrar, das desenvolvedoras, games cada vez menos bugados e que nos apresentem obras dignas do valor absurdo que atualmente é praticado no mercado de games. Paz para todos! :)
