This is definitely a Godsend for my stuffy head. I suffer from numerous pollens and dander wirh limited relief from sprays and pills. Also living in a piney state, ( Georgia ) doesn't help. I do three ten- minute treatments a day to alleviate my condition. I find using my nasal spray before first treatment helps immensely. Well worth the money, so don't even bother with the cheap substitutions on the market. Tip, be sure to go online and register your product to double the manufacturer's warranty.
