Provide light to any area with our 12", 18" and 24" under cabinet LED light fixture. This white light fixture features a white frosted diffuser to evenly distribute light.

By using the included screws and keyhole slots on the back of this fixture, it is easy to install/mount in any area. The included 5 foot, detachable, snap in power cord provides more than ample length to plug into any outlet.

On the front, an on/off switch providing direct access to turn lights on or off; additionally, you can leave the switch in the "on" position and control from a wall switch or timer (sold separately).

Exceptional Closet/Pantry Light

We used this light to illuminate an 8-foot by 5-foot closet/pantry. We use ours for washer/dryer room and a pantry; and, because of a space shortage, we use the tops of the dryer and washer for working surfaces when baking. A large mixer sits atop the dryer (~29 lb KitchenAid mixer) whilst the washer surface is used as an associate work area. Both surfaces have custom cut wood placed atop each machine. We positioned the light in the center of the closet at the leading edge--just in back of the doors and to the rear of the doors frame, blocking direct eye contact with the lamp. It showers the entire closet with bright, white light--a working light that makes it easy to read copy and quickly spot various items. I used double-sided carpet tape to affix the light to the ceiling. I like overused the tape, but I peeled off a two-foot length and ran it over the light's back surface. It stuck to the drywall ceiling with the first pressed contact. Placing the switch in the On position, I ran an extension cord from the light's plug to a standard outlet to which I added a six-outlet receptacle. Leaving the light in the 'On' position, I can now turn the light on and off by way of a simple plug-in switch I added to the receptacle--the light plugs into the accessory on-off switch and works as the light's primary switch. This lamp deliver better than ample light, but a deluge of of clear, white light for a larger closet or pantry as the one described in this overview.

PLEASE READ
Re-do Affixing Light to Ceiling
Below: the carpet tape I used to affix the light to the ceiling didn't hold well. The heat from the light softened the tape's adhesive and it dropped (fortunately, the cable straps kept it from slamming to the floor). I then used some Power Grab and it has done the trick. In fact, heat actually hastens Power Grab's curing. All is well and the light is working and holding as expected.

I was so happy with this light I bought it again. The electric cord is long and not bulky making it easy in my case to install. The on-off toggle switch is easy to operate and the light is great for food preparation areas. I recommend this light. My only suggestion would be to make the lights linkable so they could be chained together and eliminate multiple plugs in an outlet.

The screws must be placed with absolute precision, and even then, it takes multiple attempts to get the depth just right for the fixture to sit properly. A small misalignment or overdriven screw throws everything off. Once it's up, it's worth it—but be prepared for a bit of a struggle during mounting.

I am pleased with this light, I have it under the cabinet over the sink, and it's a nice bright light which is what i need cos ceiling light is useless in that area. I took my cue from one of your other customers, and used industrial strength Velcro to install it, I tried to make holes in the wood, but the only tool I had was a screwdriver and that wasn't enough without a drill, so the Velcro seems to be working just fine, I wanted to share that in the event some other elderly person is looking for an alternative way to install something. I still don't look forward to doing the dishes though.

Get out the sunglasses lol I'm half kidding. It's nice and bright a little too bright. I have a hard time seeing this as a warm light, though it is not a cool light. I'm sure we'll get used to it but wow is it ever bright. I've said that three times now haven't I lol. We hung ours up with command strips as we are in an apartment and it works perfect.
