First of all, initially it smells LOVELY. It smells like an orange creamsicle.
We have had two baths so far. And while it lathers really well, smells good, and leave my dog super fluffy and soft, the scent doesn't last very long.
I'll be honest, this might be saying more about my bathing skills, or about my dog's skill at getting dirty, but I feel like after about 24 hours she's starting to smell like a dirty dog again. She IS a VERY fluffy dog (poodle/pyrenees mix), so it is a chore to get ALL of her hair wet and lathered during her baths, so maybe the fact that I'm not getting a deep enough clean is the reason that she doesn't smell clean for very long. Her coat does remain soft and fluffy, though. I'm not going to give up on the shampoo just yet. I will give it a few more tries to see if it works better in the future.

We keep our pug shaved in the winter because he sheds like crazy. In the summer, it’s even worse. We gave him a bath with Puracy pet shampoo for the first time yesterday and it was the first time I’ve ever seen him legitimately sit still during bath time. Not only did he react better to whatever it is that is in the shampoo, but he also smelled like he was fresh from a $100 groomer visit. Will definitely be committed to this stuff!!

The smell is light (I’m sensitive to smells)...consistency and lather is great. My dogs fur is so fluffy and shiny!!! He is 15, with a heap of medical issues (including summer skin allergies) and his fur now looks like a puppy 🥰 Definitely recommend.
