I bought two of these, one for work and one for home. The one at home I'm running 3 PCs to a wireless mouse and keyboard, as well as, a shared HP portable hard drive . The one at work, I'm running four PC to a wired mouse and keyboard. In both instances these work great and it came with 4 USB cables about 5 feet in length.
I manually switch between the monitors by using the source menu on each monitor and a single push of the KVM button allows me to switch between the peripherals. My only complaint is that the selector light is sort of dim (see pictures) and I occasionally have to slide the switch out from under the monitor to see what PC that I have selected.

Works well, but with a minor annoyance due to the enclosure design

A few weeks in and the switch is working very well, switching a printer, keyboard and webcam between three different computers. The only thing I find annoying is a minor ergonomic one - the LEDs that indicate the active computer system are at the bottom of tiny holes in the top of the enclosure, and cannot easily be seen unless you're looking almost directly down on them. In all three of the attached photos, it is set to computer #3. The first shows what the switch looks like from my seated position - it's impossible to determine which channel is selected as the light is not visible. The second photo shows an almost-looking-directly-down-on-it view, and the indicator is somewhat visible. The last shows a straight down on it photo, and only there is it REALLY clearly visible. I realize that this is pretty minor, but having to stand up to verify the selected channel is still a nuisance, and could have been alleviated with the selection of a different LED or larger windows to let them be seen from an angle. That cost it a star; otherwise I am happy with it.

I wanted a 4 PC switch, but did not want to have to have to press a single button multiple times to switch back and forth, so I went with the one that has a button for each PC. I'm glad I did. It makes it so simple to switch back and forth. You do have to give it time for the Bluetooth to reconnect when switching, but not much. Over all I'm happy with my purchase. If anything changes, I will be back to update this review.

They offer a couple of styles and I went with the one that had individual buttons for each computer. The buttons seem sturdy. There is not much to the unit. It can power itself from the PC's it connects to, but if it doesn't, it comes with a USB for you to connect to a 5v source.
