These were sold as 'Like New' clubs, but they are clearly quite used. Someone already had a nice summer of golf using these 'like new' clubs. Scuffs from the driving range mats are unfortunate as well. They appear to function, but they are not 'Like New'.

Fraudulent product description and return policy

This a golf set and not a decorative item which one opens, notices that one doesn’t like the look of it and returns it. The description of the clubs says that it has ECHO Damping system which reduces harsh vibrations(which is NOT the case). Now in order for someone to verify that, they have to remove the plastic wrapping from the heads and take a few shots with it. How else does one check it?
One cannot check the ECHO Damping system without taking a few shots with the clubs. That cannot be considered as used. How else does one verify the authenticity of the product description? Secondly, you can’t call this item returnable if the customer has to pay for the return. This a fraudulent claim.

My first new set since my hand-me downs I received for my high school golf team about 13 years ago. Took a little adjusting to but after fixing my swing and positioning of the ball in my stance, I found these clubs to be very forgiving for a casual golfer like myself. These clubs will last me a lifetime and were a solid investment.

Missing a Club, bad shipping experience

The set came without the 7 iron, without a receipt, and none of the clubs had the barcode label on them. It almost looked like somebody took the club out. I tried calling Taylormade, but they said they were unable to help.

Amazon had to send me an entirely new set just so I can take out the 7iron and send the rest back.

Great clubs, but I did not enjoy this whole experience.

Got these irons several weeks ago and love them. It took a few rounds to get familiar with them but now they play great. I do hit a little longer with these than I did with my old set. I had to drop down a club on my shots, where I would have used an 8 iron, I now use a 9 and so forth. Hitting a bit straighter as well, they seem to be forgiving on off strikes. Would definitely recommend.
