Ho apprezzato la presentazione delle tecniche di terapia dialettico-comportamentale (DBT) e dei principi chiave che ne costituiscono la base.
Questo libro fornisce una panoramica chiara e concisa dei concetti fondamentali della DBT, senza affondare troppo nella teoria.
Tuttavia, mi sarebbe piaciuto che fossero forniti più esempi e suggerimenti pratici per applicare tali principi nella vita di tutti i giorni.
