Little bit of practice needed since I wasn’t used to the gravity type Netti products. However, after you get the hang of it it’s nice and gentle especially with ear pressure. I also just like having a nice non plastic item that’s easy to clean. Might be. A little awkward for people with smallish noses as the spout feels a little wide . It did get the job done cleaning sinus congestion.

My husband broke my last ceramic neti pot, so this was a replacement. It hold more water than my previous one, the angle is good and the spout is just the right size. The handle hole is a bit too small to be used, but overall, I am happy with my purchase.
