The keys have the perfect amount of "click" and resistance, and heavy typing is beyond comfortable. There is satisfying tactile and audible feedback that feels and sounds awesome once you really get going. LED lighting is easy to change, and there are a surprising amount options. There is no GUI to customize key lighting; it all happens with Function keys and arrows. Keys are fully raised against the surface of the keyboard, instead of inset like most standard keyboards. In other words, they sit ON the device, instead on IN it.
The mouse doesn't have the same level of customizability in the lighting, but it does have some. Regardless, it is very comfortable to use. It is slightly oversized compared to most other mice, which is perfect for me. If I hadn't just bought a different brand kb/mouse for my other computer, I would buy another one of these for that computer.

It also comes with a great and reactive gaming mouse which is a nice touch as they both usually are both expensive separately. I replaced a wireless combo with this setup and couldn't be happier. The responsiveness and feel of the keyboard (and mouse) are superb. I have used set-ups that cost (literally) ten times as much as this and feel that this is equivalent (I really can't tell the difference [except the cost]). The color adjustment is sweet and it is very easy to keep clean. I can't speak to the durability, but the material quality seems good and I see no reason why it should last. Another perk is that since I use this in the dark and often need special characters in my work, the back-light also displays them so that they are easily seen (I have another keyboard which only lights up part of the key... so you can't see all of the key values/options). I would definitely order this again and recommend it. Good colors/patterns, lots of configuration options and programmability.

I can see where you can have a hard time if you don't know how to find your home row when typing. The option for color seems endless and even the mouse has color options as well. For how cheap the keyboard is it's a great buy. I have had no problems with the RGB and its very easy to customize. I've had no real issues with the keycaps but just beware that they are on the loud side which doesn't bother me now, but my mic would pick up the key and mouse clicks before using RTX Voice. I have had an issue where sometimes after no activity for about 5-10 minutes sometimes they keyboard will disconnect and I need to jiggle the USB to wake them up a bit (but I'm also using a USB hub for them so take that with a grain of salt). Overall if you don't have the money for a super expensive gaming keyboard but still want one with nice RGB and keycaps that wont break then this will do the job.

Ive never thought a keyboard was a big deal, until now. this keyboard is amazing, the buttons are quick and responsive, the programable backlight is great for gamers, the leys are nt too loud but do make that nice "click" when typing, the mouse is also very nice, with programable buttons , such as a "fire" button for rapid fire in games etc. its a solid keyboard and has no bend to it what so ever. the only thing I can say I do find a tad annoying , but is not enough for me to lower rating, but that is when your done with programable backlighting modes, you have to scroll threw all the preset light settings before finding the last one you may of been on . it would be nice if the board had some sort of memory for last light settings used prior to programable modes

This is an excellent keyboard, the quality and build you get for the price is unbeatable. I've been using this keyboard for a few month now and I'm very happy with the purchase. The switches are blue so it does get loud, especially if you are a fast typer and hit the keys hard so take that into consideration depending on your setup situation (ie. if others have to sleep in the same room). Its also very satisfying to type on this keyboard and the caps are easily removable. I did have to download drivers from Havit website to be able to change the colour/brightness/pattern on the keyboard it would not change otherwise. The mouse that is include is also great with 2 buttons to quickly adjust the DPI or the colour pattern on the mouse. Overall very happy with the purchase and with Havit as a brand.

Great keyboard/mouse combo so far. I have it in my home office. I love the LED back lite. Great feeling keyboard.
Lots of flexibility in color schemes and designs. Something for everybody, including solid colors Feels solidly built, nice tactile feeling and click to the keys. The mouse has multiple DPI selections and some LED flexibility. Only slight downside for me is that you cannot freely select the mouse color. It is pre-determined by the DPI you select. I guess this is ok if you remember which color is which DPI, although, I would rather be able to freely select the mouse color independent of the DPI. Not a huge issue though. Changing DPI is simple, a button on top of the mouse.

I got this for my roommate's new PC build. I've been using Havit mice for a while, and I thought this would be a good set. I was wrong.
First of all; build quality. The keyboard is all plastic, there is quite some flex to it; and the key stabilization is less than great. On the other hand, it's a real mechanical keyboard and it has real RGB instead of a Rainbow pattern.
The mouse just feels very cheap, it seems like an afterthought. It also has real RGB and a good one at that, but it's not a mouse I would use daily.
You can download an app to change the RGB patterns and whatnot, and it works okay.
Typing on the keyboard was a real challenge for me. I like blue switches, but the Content switches used in this keyboard are loud; but not quite tactile. I had a lot of missed keystrokes, mainly because of the design of the keycaps and the fact that they're slippery.
I can tell that this is marketed towards users that are upgrading from regular membrane keyboards; and I assume this will work well for them. But this "mechanical" keyboard won't actually be better than a decent membrane keyboard, and the mouse is a no-no.

This is one of the more popular budget keyboards on Amazon, and for good reason. The build quality and form factor are exceptional (for the price). It feels sturdy. In terms of the RGB, it doesn't have that cheap patchiness you expect from other below $50 keyboards, and the 14 different RGB settings are overkill in a way I find charming. The key shortcuts were a welcome surprise, and using them to go to mail or desktop or different RGB settings was actually very intuitive and useful while gaming.

In terms of other keyboards on the market, I think there are better options if you are willing to sacrifice RGB or want one exclusively for gaming or work. It's very much a jack-of-all-trades keyboard. In terms of the cherry red key switches, I've tested them out while gaming and while doing uni work, and they've worked quite well for me. The keys aren't too noisy, and while there is a slight cheap twang you may hear when doing a lot of typing, it's an okay sacrifice when the keys are very quick and springy.

My main issue with the keys is the feeling they have *before* you push them down. The actual click of the switches is solid, and the keys don't wobble side to side when moving which surprised me, but there is a very low resistance space in between a proper press and resting your finger on the key that can feel cheap.

If you're like me and game/ type with your fingers hovering above the keys or delicately touching the space bar, that lack of resistance before a proper press can make both uses feel ever so slightly clumsy. It doesn't impact my typing speed, but it can cause a degree of inaccuracy.

The lack of resistance was likely done to keep this keyboard pretty quiet and responsive, which I think were worth it, but it does mean there can be a slightly uncomfortable double press feeling to the larger keys. ESPECIALLY the space bar. But I know some people who like to type with a very crunchy feeling spacebar. Whatever floats your boat.

It is still a recommendation if you're on a budget, need a hybrid keyboard for gaming and study, and are okay with what I've described.

Also, the mouse is the very definition of a bonus. It's surprisingly solid and conforms to my hand grip perfectly. I don't know if it's worth it on its own, but if you were short a mouse, it's an easy recommendation for this bundle. As well as the wrist rest. It is a matte softer plastic that can catch a lot of finger oils, but it's a welcome addition.
