I love this headset so much I bought it twice! I work from home at a call center and was struggling to find a headset that would both work with my phone and be comfortable for an entire day of wear. When I tried these, I had a winner! Super comfortable with clear sound going in and out! When I decided to upgrade my PC gaming setup, I bought a second pair that has been just as good.

After about a year of heavy use I did have a problem with my original headset where a mysterious rattle developed in one of the ear pieces and the sound quality lowered in that side, but customer service was quick to help and in less than a week I already received a replacement through their product guarantee. I couldn’t be happier with my experiences!

Simple, Comfortable, functional

I just needed a good and comfortable headset for work, i do phone tech support and the headsets they give us from the company are cheap and they suck. They hurt your ears and stents comfortable for extended wear.
I tried a set from another company and while it was amazing comfort and build wise, it had a really strong clamp force on my head and would give me jaw pain and headaches. I started looking into more basic and comfortable headsets and found this one.
It’s affordable, simple and it really works. The sound it great for the price, it’s no frills. The mic seems to be good, nobody had complained in my meetings about my audio so far. As far as comfort the ear pads could have a little more cushion but they still are totally fine. The headband is perfect, great padding, looks higher end.
The construction seems good, it’s a little wobbly but it’s expected for the price. It’s actually stellar for the price but just know while it’s great, it’s still budget. If that makes sense.

Update: I have now had these headphones for 2 years. I think the sound is actually quite good; I had originally given them only 4 stars, but now that I have gotten used to them, I am upping them to 5 stars. I would happily buy these again. I do wish they came with an extra microphone cover, as it comes off very easily and I'm afraid I'll lose it at some point.
Original review: So far (have had about a month now, using daily), I really like the headset overall. I don't use it for gaming, so can't comment on that. It is very comfy, mic clarity is great, and the bag that comes with it is super nice. The headset works perfectly for my online job, but the sound quality for listening to videos or music is unimpressive. This is the only reason I deducted one star. I'm happy with them overall, as I said.
