I have several of these sets. I am a school counselor and needless to say I have several students who for different reasons need breaks from the classroom. I hate to just have them in my office without engaging them and this game is the trick. They look inviting, fun enough to keep playing, it helps a student read and learn things they may not be learning in class, with a fast enough pace so they don't get bored...
The bright color, accurate cards are even fun for the older students as old as 12...even I have fun, but if a student as young as 5-6 can describe the card without reading, they can play....a win win whether you actually win or not.

I thought that it was fun and interesting to play it with them. I have the "Things inside my house" set. Not sure that they would be able to use other versions at this age. I wish that they sold additional cards for this set. I'm thinking of attempting to make my own additional cards... ideas include, jump rope, painting/paint set., cell phone, dog, vacuuming...
