Really disappointed with the bag durability and the lack of repair support. About a year after receiving the Fernweh model, four buckles had broken, including the waist strap and retaining straps on either side. Turns out the "Worry Less" warranty is fairly narrow, and only the waist strap was covered. So, I was advised to find a place locally to repair the other buckles. Basically, well, we dont cover that, good luck! After expressing frustration, they did offer to reimburse up to $50 for a repair. I asked for a spare part so things could match and they said they didn't have any. So I'm now needing to find a repair place and not having the part means potentially having to replace both sides of the buckle needlessly, increasing repair costs and increasing the time needed researching a solution. All for something that shouldn't have broken so quickly. This has become a "Worry More" situation. WANDRD should expand the scope of the warranty and also offer more comprehensive repair support. I have other Wandrd bags and accessories, and I'm still gonna try to get this fixed, but only because it's so expensive to get into a new system. But after this experience, I'm done with WANDRD and advise others to Worry Less by shopping elsewhere and investing in a system with better support. You all would cultivate such loyalty by making repairs seemless. At least helping customers troubleshoot solutions. How about offering a couple of years no questions asked repairs then offering reasonably priced repairs from a centralized repair spot? How about offering a low priced "insurance" option for after the "no questions" asked period expired. Do SOMETHING, folks. At least keep some spare parts on hand to make this easier. Can't you write the costs off as a business expense or something? Get creative with more than the bag design, please. 😖
UPDATE: In the interest of telling the complete story, after I again raised my frustration and sent a text of this review (posted now after a few days review by Amazon) WANDRD sent me a code for a replacement bag. The bag is out of stock 😒 But at least I'll have a replacement. However it should not take such a difficult back-and-forth for them to apparently make an exception to their limited policy. They should make things easier as per my previous comment. This is a $500+ commitment and it shouldn't have been this difficult to get support. Next bag I get will be elsewhere. I strongly advise carefully reviewing warranty and support that a company offers before making a purchase anywhere.

Med andra ord, vi tycker det är helt ok om våra väskor går sönder. Vi kommer inte laga dem utan tycker att våra kunder skall ha söndriga väskor som inte går att använda. Jag trodde faktiskt att detta var väskan jag skulle ha för många år framöver men nu är den oanvändbar efter 5 kortare resor. Slutligen vet jag inte vad som var värst, att väskan gick sönder eller svaret jag fick vid reklamation. Välj ngt annat det kommer göra dig lyckligare ute i världen!
