This series is 'spot on' for what could occur after an EMP. The action is fast, the characters are real and the plot is excellent.

The novel alternates between Will, Isabella and Savannah and describes their moments of pure horror. Will, Isabella, Cayden and Gus and Jaz are attempting to get to Jaz's home. Back in Louisiana is Savannah and her family...They have different obstacles to overcome.

It is well written and the reader will be taken along for quite the ride. Lots of action ensues and lives are lost.

Love the plot and all of the problems these characters encounter. Will read on to Part 4.

Most highly recommended.
