Switch at Will of High & Low Flow Rates: WORKPRO caulking gun allows for switching between high and low flow rates. Pull the trigger handle downwards, the high setting thrust ratio 18:1 for use with adhesive materials. Push the trigger handle upwards, the low setting of thrust ratio 9:1 for use with acrylic materials.
Drip Controllable: The hand caulk gun can switch from drip to less-drip for dispensing desired applications. Press down on the front of the red button, this process stops the caulk from flowing and allows for clean, smooth transitions and less mess to clean up. Press down towards the rear of the red button, this mode keeps constant pressure on the tube for providing smoother action and quicker working.
Allows for Effortless Maneuvering in Tight Areas: The sealant cartridge gun with a rotating barrel can effortlessly reach hard-to-reach places. A rotating shaft is designed to allow easy maneuvering in tight areas. WORKPRO's half-barrel frame caulking gun is ideal for standard-size 10oz cartridges.
Smooth Roud Rod for Less Force Required: Smooth plungers allow more control and more thrust to push the caulk. The smooth round rod with spring-loaded thumb release offers a quieter and less effortful project than a ratchet rod.

I love my new caulking gun. I could stare at it and play with it all day long. The features really work as advertised, and it is comfortable to use.

Also appreciate that it comes with a sight. Never know when you might need to caulk a shower from 50 yards out.

If you desire an even more precise caulking gun, apply silicon lube to the dispensing shaft. This will eliminate squeaks and allow the barrel to rotate more freely. Then apply Nyogel (a high viscosity lube used on zoom mechanisms in lenses) to the lever mechanisms to smoothen dispersion. Then you will have the one caulking gun to rule them all.

Being able to adjust the amount of push with each stroke makes even using the same material for large and small cracks a breeze. The no-drip feature stops excessive after release expulsion. Yes, it can still drip, but the amount of control is awesome. Some have also complained that the caulk tube turns too easily in the gun, but I found this a real plus for filling curves and corners. A little pricey, but what a pleasure to use. Thumbs up for the thought that went into the design.

I have only used cheapo caulking guns before, so this WorkPro device was appealing. Lots of nifty features.

I didn't think twice about the advertised dimensions - 10 oz caulk tubes are an industry standard! The first time a placed a cartridge in the gun, I noticed something strange: Under normal operating pressure, the back end of the cartridge was bending out of the barrel!

So I made some measures, and did a side-by-side comparison, and the barrel of this WorkPro is just longer enough that the cartridge is too long for the space. See the photos.

My workaround? A strong velcro strap that will keep the back end of the cartridge seated in the barrel. But that seems like a mission-critical fail, no?

This caulk gun is pretty bad--- for what you pay for it. I first used it with Lexel (...By Sashco 🥷🏻), which, if you've never worked with, be grateful. It's very thick, but this bad boy laid it down smoothly, and far better than my own caulking skill. The no drip feature works.

But, the real test was using it during a masonry repair last week where I was using Redhead T7 anchor adhesive. This stuff is a real acid test for any caulk gun. Thick doesn't begin to describe it. It's more like a solid with epoxy in it to make it "flow". Not gonna lie, if you have never hit the gym, or used PED to break a personal record and possibly get the attention of a woman who future you will majorly regret, don't bother with using a regular caulk gun to apply epoxy anchoring adhesives-you'll hurt your hand and waste 20 or 30 bucks.

BUT, if you have this caulk gun, go for it. This thing was able to push the somewhere between peanut butter and ice cream like consistency substance with no problem.

So, yeah. I love this thing, and have zero regrets of buying it. Owning it, I know there's no type of single tube adhesive/caulk/etc it can't handle.
