If it doesn't move your mouse, put a Post-It Note on the spinning wheel

When I first tried out this product, it found that it only moved my mouse a little or often not at all. I use a basic Logitech wireless mouse, so I was at first surprised that it didn't work well with such a common mouse. However, I noticed that the sticker on the device's spinning wheel is very slick, which was causing it to not move the mouse. I took a pink Post-It note and cut it out in the size of the wheel (see picture) and stuck it over the sticker. Now it works perfectly! I would have given this product 5 stars had it not been for that. But, fortunately it was an easy fix. So, if you find that it isn't moving your mouse very well, just put a Post-It over the wheel.

Update: after using it for a few weeks now, it has been awesome product - I use it everyday and it saves me from being logged out of my laptop every single time I step away to answer the doorbell or get some coffee. i have plugged into the wall phone charger so it has no connection to my laptop. I like this better as it is a mouse mover and not a jiggler because a jiggler can be picked up by an IT scan. The wide sweeping movement of the cursor imitate a user moving the mouse manually. This is definitely a MUST work from home gadget - plan to give this as Christmas gift to family and friends!
