This book was a great read. It taught me the importance of Boards and leadership roles we take. The book gives me the tools and best practices that I will be using moving forward. All enterprenuers and directors will benefit from this approachable way laid out in the book. Overall it's a highly recommended book for me who is relatively new in the world of Boards and Board Chair.

I hope every Board Chair and aspiring Chair reads Brian’s book! The difference between a great Board Chair and one that is not is everything to the success of the company. I have seen both. So has Brian, many more times over. Many Board books are stuffy (and boring.) Not so this one. Hard to believe that a Board Governance and Leadership book can be a page-turner... this one is! That makes this a great tool to share with the Board Chairs and Directors you know. Even aspiring Directors will benefit from these lessons.
