The xylitol in the formula makes the toothpaste taste like gum. You are not supposed to rinse out your mouth after brushing. Just spit out what you can and let whatever is left remineralize your teeth.

I don't see a huge difference in whitening but the toothpaste does a good job if you are brushing after your morning coffee.

I would prefer the boka toothpaste at this pricepoint.
