  • Q1: How do we keep the pump connected to the milk bowl? A: The problem can be solved in the following 4 ways while avoiding suction and milk leakage problems.

  1. Make sure the breast pump and accessories are installed correctly, and the flange fits the breast when pumping.
  2. Suggested Bra Style: Full-Coverage Bra/Stretch Fabric/With Nursing Buckle/Wireless Bra.
  3. The silicone ring can be replaced every 1-3 months according to the installation and suction status of the breast pump (included in the package).

  • Q2: How many chargers are included? Any tips for charging?

  1. S9-2pcs package comes with 2 USB cables, S9-1pc have one. It is recommended to use a 5V-1A charging head, fast charging plug is not supported
  2. Charging Tips: When charging in an uncharged state, a red light will be displayed after the USB cable is inserted into the charging port, and a green light will be displayed after about 1-2 minutes. It takes 2.5-3 h to charge fully.
