This toothpaste is absolutely excellent. Ive never tried a non fluoride toothpaste before but switched the entire family over once we tried this one. It is safe, tastes like spearmint and my teeth are noticeably whiter. My teeth feel clean afterwards and I know I'm doing something good for my enamel. I haven't had any sensitivity and the texture is similar if not less gritty than our previous arm and hammer whitening toothpaste we were using, but tastes much much better. It is pricey for the size but it's an expense I'm willing to spend on.

another natural branded toothpaste in a growing market
its decent compared to most of the competitors with similar ingredients. if you like a thick consistency and something that holds form on the brush and tooth then you will probably want to opt for something else. there is too much glycerin and water for my liking since it happens to be the first two main ingredients on the label. this mint version does have a pleasing flavor without being overpowering. my gum health has remained consistent with a few weeks of constant use so that is a sign of effectiveness. if you have fairly white teeth or extremely white teeth, you are most likely not gonna see a difference in a whiteness shade. you could make something similar to this toothpaste at a fraction of the cost if you have a little bit of time and all the ingredients but if you are short on time or a constant traveler that needs a tube and has around ten dollars to spend then this is an option
