This is a great health product that everyone should use. It is perfect for cleaning your internal nose ways and the fresh feeling you get after using it is unbeatable. I have suffered from a chronic complication in my nose and there is NO OTHER PRODUCT that cleans my nose like this one does. Definitely recommend.

However, I do have one criticism: I bought this product to replace an old one I had for a few years -- I forgot it at my parents's place, silly me. This old one was... simpler. Instead of having a curved valve through which the water comes out, it was straight. Yup, no "angle design", no curves, turns, swings, or anything. It was just a bottle with a straight nozzle. And honestly, this "angle design" on the nozzle is not that bad. It's definitely manageable. But come on! Why complicate? You're not making an iPhone, it's just a nose wash.

It's what they say: simpler is always better.

This was the third time I purchased one of these. The first one worked fine. They should be replaced every few months, so I did. The second one leaked more than the first one did. The third one had the problem of the blue tip not staying inserted and kept falling out right out of the box. It is going back for a refund. I think it is time to switch back to the NeilMed squeeze bottle for rinses.
