Before reading this book, I believed, and even convinced my partner, that fasting was solely for spiritual reasons. This is a good guide to I.F. I have been doing I.F. for a few years but I still learned a lot from this book. It also offered some healthy recipes which I didn't expect. I knew how to do I.F. but now I understand the science behind it. This is a good choice for new and experienced people that want to know more about intermittent fasting.

The Guide to Intermitting Fastening was a great read as the book gives lots of info about the history of fastening, the positive influence it has on the body and overall many concepts on how to start best. I tried a lot of times but was looking for integration into my busy schedule and got good ideas; also great cooking recipes for healthy meal planning; great read for me!
