Lynn Hardy gave good information about fasting, The author discussed everything very thoroughly. This well book was written. I believe they have some good things to do to clean your body out, and keep it clean. The author did a lot of great research, and sharing their story about fasting, it made this an interesting read.

It kept me interested. I would like to know more about fasting, and how it allows you to be healthier in your walk with God, and keeping your body healthy. I hope to hear more from the author. I think they did a great job describing what fasting does for you.
I would recommend this book to others if given the chance.

I give this book a 5-star rating, and hope again to hear more from the author in other books.

I have tried fasting before for a short period of time, but never got stuck to it, so I wanted to try an intensive, just like this book. I like that it provides so much information about fasting that helped me understand the specifics of fasting, and how to make it work for my lifestyle in a way that feels easy. I was surprised about the different benefits fasting has over different health areas too, including mental, not just for losing weight. The inclusion of scientific research and practical advice makes it a reliable resource.

This was definitely must-read, especially for testing fasting for a short period of time to know if its for you.

This book is a bible on fasting! It goes in-depth on the many ways to start fasting in a healthy way. It walks you through how to find the right kind of fasting for you and tips on how to keep it up. I did appreciate the research the author did and how she goes in-depth about the history of fasting along with the how and why. I would recommend this book to anyone who is seeking more info about fasting.

This book looks at the different types of fasting and how to take care of your body. I like that it gives you some background on where fasting came from and how it works. This book teaches you the many benefits of fasting other than weight loss, like building muscle and a healthy heart. I recommend this book but be mindful of the methods mentioned in the book. They do come with guidance and what to do and what not to do.

I was intrigued when I overheard my co-workers talk about their fasting diet, and it piqued my interest enough to read this book. I was pleased to see that it mentions menopause. The book provides detailed information on how to implement fasting safely and effectively, as well as food recommendations. Now, I feel well-informed and ready to embark on my fasting journey.

A great book guys! Fasting is an overall therapeutic tool that anyone can use to improve reproductive health, protect bones and muscles, promote the body’s internal healing mechanisms, provide more energy, and control weight. In today’s world of overeating, many people find it refreshing to give digestion a rest and allow energy to flow into other areas of the body. With enhanced mental acuity, increased brain neuroplasticity, and greater creativity, fasting is a practice worth learning and incorporating for a lifetime. I will definitely try and incorporate fasting in my daily or weekly routines.
