HOJICHA LATTE
2 tsp ONE ORGANIC hojicha
1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
1/2 cup water
1 cup milk
- Whisk hojicha with hot water until frothy, then add honey or agave.
- Combine with milk and enjoy!
Flavor is weak
Aroma and taste are lacking. It’s too grassy for lack of a better term. Color is also very pale. The trans world matcha organic hojicha is roasted better and tastes better. Might be better baked instead of in drinks

I like this hojicha powder because it makes excellent lattes. I was trying to cut back on the coffee and was looking for something with a more earthy taste as opposed to matcha. This is it! I’m in love! I mix a little honey in with the latte and it’s gone in 2 minutes flat.
