This is an insightful and engaging read for anyone looking to break free from the unattainable standards of perfection. With its practical advice and the inclusion of a custom journal, it offers a unique and interactive experience. The book's focus on embracing excellence over perfection across various life domains is both relevant and empowering. I'd recommend it to anyone seeking to improve their personal and professional life. It's not a deep dive type of book, but it's nice bite size advice covering all the key areas of life. On my version the table of content, seems to go a little funky in the display, but the rest of the book looks and reads great!

I have never been one to pursue perfection, as I am aware it's a mere illusion and often acts as a shield for some fears, but the author has abundantly shed light on its dangers and negative sides. As a coach mysef, I love it when deep topics are presented to the general public in such an informative, easy-to-read and relatable way. I have no doubt that reading this book can impact people and help them live a more authentic and happier life. Well done to the author and thanks for spreading her knowledge so generously.

If you are a perfectionist in any part of your life - fitness, career, parenting, etc. - this book is for you. The author has some excellent tips for not letting the perfect get in the way of the good. Her tone is encouraging but also authoritative. A gentle kick in the pants, if you will, for those who need it. This would also make a great gift for a friend who struggles with self-confidence. Recommend!
