As other reviewers have written, this portable power bank has been a great surprise at truly how wonderful it is. The example I received, the batteries are excellent and fully charge within the power bank via a great USB-C input and top out at a measured 4.21 volts. Being that the batteries are not only easily replaceable, they are wired in "parallel" so they all remain at the exact same voltage, whether recharging or while being depleted.

I've been using it to maintain a top-off charge on our new Apple iPad and a small portable battery bedside fan. Anything plugged into the power bank it automatically senses and turns on an begins charging without having to push any buttons.

An excellent value and a wonderful product being sold by a great seller. Would certainly purchase again.

I bought two of these before and have been VERY pleased with their performance.

They do the advertised stuff just as described, acting as a battery bank 18650 charger... but what you probably don't trust is the batteries. You know 18650's come with different capacities and internet sellers feel free to claim what they please.

If you have the equipment, you can measure the capacity - after you buy them. I don't have that equipment, but a good stand in is to just weigh the cells. These weigh 43grams which puts them in the range of ordinary, genuine cells. At $4 per cell, that's a good price. They claim 2500mAh, but typically 43g cells will put out 2800mAh, so these guys aren't inflating.

I bought 1, then another under the brand Powerowl a year or two ago, paying $20ea if i recall correctly. The Greenbear I just bought has matching images and the case i received is even marked Powerowl and it's only $16!

43 gram button-top cells. $4 each with a nice charger/enclosure for free.

Update 08-02-2024: Amazon sent me a replacement very quickly for the damaged one. I'm just now getting to use it. I like it. I had to go out and the phone was very low and I didn't want to be plugging it in multiple times over the next hour or so as that us supposedly not good for the phone battery. Anyway, so far the only weak spot I can find is that the USB charging port is shallow. The plug only goes in about 2/3 rather than fully seating. Not a big problem but it is easier to pull out than if it was fully seated. Nice product - great price.

I have two of them - ordered separately. The first came in, I charged it and used it a little (not enough to deplete the batteries and it seems fine. The plastic is a little thin but should do fine for my purposes. I liked it enough to order a second one. The second one came in in a damaged box. The box was still sealed with no holes. Opening the box, I saw the small box holding the item had "blown open" and was bent. The item was out of the box and the battery cover was off. I contacted Amazon and they are sending a replacement. Its hard to beat the price for the charger/battery combination though I'm wondering how well the batteries are going to hold up. I'm not sure what the numbers mean on the battery but, if my guess is correct, one set of numbers is a date - Aug 2021.

PS - when I took the cover off to take the picture, I did note the cover snaps back on securely. My guess is that the other one took a pretty good licking if it was hit hard enough to knock the back cover off.

Overall I like it.

Love that I have one portable charger where I can replace the batteries. I do have a few other chargers that might be a bit more powerful. But in none of those am I able to replace the the source of the charge; the batteries. When I drive any distance, I connect this up to my phone... steam music for a few hours and when I arrive at my destination my phone is charged 100%.

Like so many, I order made in China from Amazon and hold my breath. What a surprise this item is! I just ordered a 2nd one. I love it. It is an excellent value and the unit can take other higher capacity 18650 batteries if you are so inclined.

I have a SW radio with a rechargeable battery, a Kaito KA-900. I have failed to find higher capacity batteries that will work with this radio, however, this unit allows me to re-charge the radio and or run it from this battery bank. It also charges my cell phones.

I would recommend this if you are looking for a functional, yet inexpensive battery bank.

I got this so I can use 18650 batteries to quickly replace the ones in the power bank so I can always have a charged bank. Problem, The 18650 batteries that I have, and have used in many many vape products, will not work on this battery bank. The batteries that I have do not extend far enough to make contact with the plates. SO. Since I can not use it as I was lead to believe that I could, I give it 1 star.

Low price because 2021 dated batteries are included. Lithium-ion batteries degrade about 10% per year so these have only a couple of years left until they are down to 50% capacity. Otherwise, device charges as expected. Given the low price this still may be worth buying - just be ready to buy 4 new batteries sooner than may be expected.
