Decent weight loss book. I would say its good for a refresher/reminder on living a healthier lifestyle but wouldn't consider it a step-by-step guide like some of the chapters claim. But its easy to read and helps reinforce some principles of healthy eating and exercise.

Simply put, it makes sense. We have these tools on our wrists... all this data that we think we know how to use. A.P. Northern's guide shows you, in plain language, how those expectations change as we age, and what we should be looking at and striving for now.
