So you only eat between noon and 6? And you lose weight? I have never understood the basics of intermittent fasting until I picked up this book. The author lays out clear and concise information that I actually have begun to implement in my day to day life. Intermittent Fasting works! This is the second book I read about fasting and I liked how this author made it very clear that fasting it’s a challenge and that it was tough to do HOWEVER SHE gave lots of insights as to how it’s doable. The other book I read by Gin Stephens made it seem like it was a magical thing but this author warned you and gives your tips to overcome all negative effects! Highly recommend

I really enjoyed this book, and even though I consider myself somewhat of an expert on nutrition/diets/etc., I learned something new in every chapter. The perspective was evenly balanced and offered pros/cons to fasting and each method of fasting. The list of other resources at the end of the book is invaluable and provides a great opportunity to do more research to make the right decision about fasting for myself.

I'm gonna try some of the techniques to do intermittent fasting. Sometimes I feel that I eat when I'm bored and I need to stop that. Practical and clearly written information in this book.

I haven't quite finished this book, but I'm loving it - it covers lots of angles and aspects and seems to deal with all the important things you need to know. I do intermittent fast, but sometimes I forget why I'm doing it (the detail) and this has given me a renewed intention to 'clean up my fast' a bit, as I've become lax and started having milk in my tea in the mornings again... which is lovely, but doesn't have to be done EVERY day!! Then I'd be doing better for my health. Great book. If you've ever wondered about intermittent fasting, this is an enjoyable read - not text book like boring, but still factual.

A really useful book if you are looking to get started with fasting. It is informative, educational and a really comprehensive guide without being overly complicated. I have been intermittent fasting on and off for a little while now and think this book will give me the push and all the info i need to stick with it.

I've been thinking about adopting intermittent fasting for a while but was lacking the motivation - then I saw this book and it's been enormously helpful. The information on meal planning with the downloadable meal planner was a great addition as well.
Highly recommend you read this book if, like me, you've been thinking about it but lacking the knowledge to start it and continue it correctly.
