Very comprehensive guide on testosterone and clear information
I wish I knew this information sooner, like years ago. I am now in my 40’s, and regret not taking care of my body earlier in life, so that I could have more T. Another surprising fact in this book - excess Estrogen causes hair loss in men. In short, I need to improve my sleep, diet, exercise, and set more challenging goals in life. That will boost my T!

I greatly enjoyed this book. Quite reminiscent of the Boy Scout Handbook (seriously) but instead of how to be a good scout it is how to develop your masculinity—and not toxically. The key is T and it is not only the king of hormones, but the most complex. The author covers it all, just a fantastic read AND reference. I’m not convinced that “Timotheus Ray” is a real person because I can’t find anything about him anywhere (would be ironic if he was a woman). No matter, great book.

Imagine reading about the word Testosterone for decades, thinking you know what it means, then throwing the word around in conversations like you know what it REALLY means! Only to find out that you really are clueless about Testosterone as a whole. The humor and the embarrassment all together got me shaking my head in astonishment as I finally learnt about what Testosterone is in this one book than I ever did in my forty years of life.

Let me first say this book isn't only for males. This book is for everyone, and I say everyone because I read this book as a mother of a teenager, I read it as a woman who is always reading to develop her knowledge, I read it as a romance author, I read it as a reader who can proudly say they read a book that changed their life and perspective on something.

I'll be honest and say the cover first got my attention (nice cover by the way), then I saw the title, now that really got my attention, then I read what the book is about, I was fully sold and I wanted to read the book, and I'm so happy that I did because I've also advised my 17-year-old son to read it.

I learnt about testosterone, how it is, how it works inside a human body, the origins of the story of testosterone, the pros and cons and mostly why it holds a special place in male health. I learnt about the physiological and psychological effects and potential risks of using what is called TRT (Testosterone replacement therapy, and risks of using steroids.

The book gets deeper into the definition of testosterone and the importance of maintaining healthy testosterone levels. This book also provides practical and actionable ways and tips on how to naturally increase testosterone levels by making effective changes to exercise routines, diet, medication and other aspects of a person's daily lives.

Another interesting aspect of this book that I learnt about testosterone is that Testosterone is a powerful hormone, and it affects a person's wellbeing, neglecting of hormonal health from poor diet and lifestyle choices leads to issues of one not feeling their best. Low testosterone levels equal low quality of life. In most cases like that, one has to start implementing certain changes with regards to the diet, stress management, sleep and overall lifestyle.

I bet a lot of people out there don't know this, but functions of testosterone aren't limited to men! Women also produce and require testosterone, but in lover quantities. Very interesting aspect to learn there! Hence I say this book really has information and one needs to not look any further, get this book now.

This book doesn't only get into testosterone issues, it also goes deep into the history of testosterone. The journey of the scientific discovery of testosterone that began in the 1800s to the 1930s when groundbreaking milestone into the research was achieved.

This book has so much that one needs to know and take time to learn and read about, especially on why Testosterone is so important, then it won't only be a book, it can be a life changer, as the reader will learn the crucial role in maintaining the overall health and wellbeing of both genders.

The author did an excellent work in writing this book because it goes straight to the point, and everything in the book is a revelation of what most people might not know and will find useful and change lives!

I am a mid-40s parent with three young children. Working full-time and keeping the family life together is fun but hard. I have noticed negative changes in my body going back a few years such as low energy, weight gain (even though I would keep a fairly good diet), muscle loss, and loss of patience. I spoke with my doctor and realized my hormones were not at the levels they used to be. Nature happens I get it, but I was in denial. I kept thinking that this wouldn't happen to me yet. I am too young for this. So I ignored the doctors and suffered through it. My wife finally got fed up with my complaining and told me to research the topic and figure it out! I read a few books on hormones that were rather dry and well, boring until I found this book. The author broke down the subject in bits and pieces and simplified the material so that it was easy to read and understand. I liked the breakdown of why testosterone is so important for older males and all the benefits it provides to the body. This book helped me open my eyes and come out of denial. The tone of the book makes you feel like you are not alone and that every male goes through this at some point in life. After reading this book and making the needed adjustments with the doctors, I feel like a new man that can keep up with my little kids!

This book, “The Testosterone Advantage : A Complete Guide to Male Hormonal Balance and Endocrine Health” contains a wealth of information on Men’s Hormonal Health. It's a well researched book. In the end of the book, as a bonus, certain Tips on Addressing Hormonal Imbalances in Men is also given. The general guidelines for men’s endocrine health also makes an interesting read.

This is a book primarily written for males (AB), but it does hold relevance to all genders.

I read this book by borrowing it with my Kindle Unlimited subscription and reading it using the Kindle app on my tablet.

What we find here is a huge, complete, and thorough guide to the Testosterone hormone. If you have ever wondered or asked yourself about this manly hormone, you will find the answer within the pages of this book without any doubt. The author scientifically explains in over four hundred pages exactly what testosterone is, why it is so important for human health (not only for men but also for women), what the different types of testosterone are, and the important role of this hormone on the physical as well as the psychological side.

The work provided by the author with this book is overwhelming, and without any doubt, this is the ultimate guide you need to understand everything concerning testosterone in the human body. If you are interested in this topic, this book is the perfect asset you need.

If I have to find a little flaw in this book, it is probably the tedious edition divided into few chapters and many subsections with numerous summary sections and that is the main reason I removed a star from my review, otherwise it is a perfect 5 star guide.

I’ve read many books on testosterone. The shortest of you are busy is “How to naturally triple your testosterone”
If you want to dive deeper, read “Master your T” and “Complete guide to optimising and maintaining testosterone” by James Francis.
