Dispatches from the Mind: The Enlightenment Papers about All That Is Kindle Edition

4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars 22 ratings

This book recounts the extraordinary experiences that happened to a seemingly conventional housewife and mother of three. On a day in early 1974, Linda Shields King sat down to compose a letter to her parents when, without warning, her first automatic writings ensued. The letter she wanted to write became a lesson intended for her. It began with the words "All that is is of the Mind. The Mind is the Reality," followed another day by "The Mind Is. All else is not." From then on, the floodgates opened. Intriguing messages and vivid dreams taught the nature of reality, the Universe's creation, and the soul's ultimate goal, revealing a long-forgotten spiritual quest.

Mystifying at first but ultimately mesmerizing in their content, the lessons are presented for the first time in
Dispatches from the Mind: The Enlightenment Papers about All That Is. They form a unique opportunity to examine communiqués from higher consciousness that delve into wide-ranging topics while answering the oldest of questions: Who are we? Why do we exist? How did everything come to be? From courses taught by the Masters in the Celestial Classroom to readings from the Library of All Knowledge, what you learn from one woman's spiritual awakening may surprise you and help you discover your real identity and the meaning of life.

Amazing, insightful, and so clear and down to earth. I found this book somehow at just the right time for me, funny how that starts to happen as you follow your path. It’s written by Linda’s son Kevin and includes the original messages received by Linda.

If you feel a nudge to buy this book, listen to that nudge.

Dispatches from the Mind is a compelling read that will challenge readers to open their minds, loosen their grip on firmly held belief systems, and thoughtfully consider the extraordinary information received by an ordinary individual. This book raises concerns about where we are and where we could be headed, while reminding us that our free will is always available to us. That we are not victims, rather designers of our own destiny, is one of the many important lessons this book imparts.

Dispatches From the Mind is well-written, organized in a logical fashion, and seems to leave no topic unaddressed. From the historical perspective of the philosophers of old, to the modern-day channeled messages that align with the ancient teachings, this book invites us to explore who we are, how we came to be, why we are here, and where we fit in the universe.

I encourage anyone who is interested in learning the answers to those questions to read this fascinating and thought-provoking book.

This book holds so many answers. It bridges the gap between science and religion, creationism and evolution, our soul's ultimate journey, and why we are here participating in "Life on Earth." I highly recommend this book to anyone who has an open mind. The messages and teachings in this book bring everything full circle. Truely an amazing read!

Amazing book written by an exceptional intellect. Thank you for validating what I already believe, and for doing all of the research. Wish I knew if one of the ancient symbols was the spiral as portrayed at New Grange.

I found the book just doesn't tell you anything new, through it in the bin after reading half through.
