This book was great. I would have never thought of canning meats. I do preserves. The book gives step by step instructions on canning meats. This was a very interesting read.

As someone who has multiple autoimmune disorders this book really grabbed my attention. Recipes that cover all the food groups, and can potentially greatly lessen my symptoms? Sign me up. I have tried a few recipes so far and this may actually work for me.

Learning how to can is something I am very interested in and this book provides a comprehensive guide to getting started. There is information about pressure canning and water bath canning. You learn about the benefits of canning, such as preserving your food, keeping the nutrients of your food, saving money, and more. I love the simple and concise way the book is written, making it very easy to understand how to can meat, the different techniques, understanding the equipment needed, safety procedures, storing techniques, and much more. THere are a variety of recipes for all meals of the day.
