My studies laid the foundation for a career in business management and organizational change, with insights in advanced strategies and methodologies for managing projects and facilitating change.

There are basically four parts that I have delved into: organizational psychology, individual psychology, motivation and coaching, and body langue.

Body Language. I was fascinated by it. A powerful dimension to include in complex psychologies, even higher psychologies.

Managing change. I have led numerous transformations of business processes, culture and systems. My approach is holistic and considers human and technical aspects.

Motivation and coaching. Regardless of the simplicity or complexity of the situation, one is not only a manager but also a coach to reach full potential.

Personal qualities. Have an empathetic and analytical approach, competence in body language with leadership style. It is not enough to know, you must also be highly communicative.

This book gives so much information on the language of the body. Communication without words is just as important. The author gives great insight to how people unknowingly communicate with their body language. I wonder tho if this will work in today's age of email and zoom

This book is perfect for anyone wanting to learn and understand how to read people by their posture and lots more. There is plenty of information about body Canandaigua emotions. It gave me a better understanding of how to read people by the way the act or what they say or even how they stand. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
