I received a complimentary copy of "Nutritional Essentials for Aging Gracefully," and my husband greatly appreciated it. Since retiring, we’ve been focusing more on our health—I've started reading Pilates books, while he's a bit less active. That’s why I gifted him this book, as he’s been over 60 for a while now, and I want him to take better care of himself and his well-being. "This book was helpful, but most of it I already knew. I'm 64, and my wife is an RN, so that's probably why I'm already doing these things. But if your wife is not an RN, you may want to read this book because much of what's in there will lead to better health."
